What we do?
No Resistance contracts with high-volume medical practices such as urgent care clinics to conduct clinical trials at their locations. We are able to tap into this previously untapped source of subject enrollment by embedding one of our experienced clinical research associates in the clinic, thereby eliminating historical barriers to trial participation.

Glenn Harnett, MD
CEO
Dr. Harnett brings over 20 years of experience as an emergency medicine and urgent care physician. He is an active researcher and has served as a Principal Investigator in numerous clinical trials, including both sponsor-initiated and investigator-initiated studies. His research is centered on advancing original insights in urgent care medicine.
Casey Harnett, MHA
President
Casey brings more than 15 years of executive-level healthcare experience to No Resistance. Recognized as one of the Top 40 Under Forty in 2023, she is a natural leader known for her effortless rapport and prompt communication. Her exceptional ability to foster strong, lasting relationships with our partners has been instrumental to our success.
